Keith W. Kogler: Message from the Light

“Getting in Touch with Yourself”

Before you can begin to understand who you are, you must first be in touch with your own feelings.  Become aware of yourself—your goals, sensitivities, limitations, and beliefs.  It is important for everyone who seeks the truth to be truthful about who they are...

“Using Your Time Wisely”

Do not be afraid to try an act of kindness.  Many are afraid this will make them look weak, but I tell you, it takes more courage to show kindness than anger.  Anger is easy, thoughtless, and selfish.  It comes in an instant without thought or hesitation.  Its purpose is to drag us down and lead us away from who we are to become.

“Your Responsibilities on Earth”

It is by helping others that we find our true purpose and ourselves.  Peace, joy, and happiness all come through helping others and showing kindness toward our fellow man.  The task of healing the world is massive, but it all starts with you and your willingness to show kindness and trust to those around you.

 “Courage”

Have the courage to let go of all to which you cling on this earth.  Be aware of much greater things that await you in the spiritual plane.  Know that clinging to earthly pleasures will only hold you back from your true potential and purpose in this life.  They are but a distraction.  They cause us to lose focus.  Their pleasures are only temporary and yet many of us spend our time worrying about them, consuming our thoughts and desires with things that will be gone in an instant one day.

“Give It All to God”

When we finally come to the realization that we cannot solve the problem by ourselves, we come to God as a last resort and say, “Well, I’ve tried everything else.  I am totally exhausted with this issue.  It is now in God’s hands.”  How much better our lives would be if we would go to God first, ask for His help, and turn our fears and anguish over to Him.  Putting God first and trusting in Him to do the right thing for us is the first step toward spiritual freedom.  Without taking this step, you will continue to cling to your worldly ways, which will prevent you from knowing the pure joy of spiritual freedom.

“Surrender Your Heart”

Surrender yourself to Him Who made you.  Surrender your heart, soul, body, and mind.  For it is only through complete surrender that we discover our life’s purpose, and discovering our purpose will bring us hope, joy, and fulfillment.

"Accepting your Spiritual Path"

It is not always easy to accept the spiritual path that we are meant to walk, for it will be filled with challenges beyond your imagination. The challenges must be great because the power to overcome them has to be greater and can only come from God. It is through overcoming such great obstacles that we learn the power of God in our lives and we learn how He can overcome anything which seems to us impossible to resolve.
